We're on holiday with Amanda's sister, Maureen, and her family, in Boulder Colorado. I'm doing some cooking while I'm here, and first up is my favourite, Beef Madras, plus a Kheema Matar. Quite a thrill using the induction hob, I like this gadget, and I'm even keen on the electric grinder, only slightly missing my marble spice grinder! Made the Garam Masala to go in the Kheema too, that was a new part for me. Hope everyone likes the end result.
